Additionally, new players to rugby can come and try the game for three training weeks (no matches) to see if they like it before paying, however they must sign a registration document before they take part in any activities. We have now moved over to the new online registration using the RFU Game Management System (GMS), existing members will be contacted by our GMS registration and membership secretary Andrew Moth and invited to “Update Family Registration” upload their players photo for the registration card and pay for their membership online. There is also a new section added this season for emergency contact and medical info for players, that needs to be filled in to complete your registration. This will make the registration process simpler for parents, players and club alike. New members will need to log onto the club website Membership click “Purchase” For those without internet access payment can still be done via BACS to the club or cards on the first 3 weekends of the season.

As you will probably know other than a couple of paid roles the club is run by volunteers. The volunteers of the club do everything from treasurer to gardening, painting & decorating, project work etc. We would like to identify as many people who would be willing to volunteer to help the club, and have enclosed a Volunteer Form for this purpose. We are always looking for people, organisations and companies to sponsor the Youth Section, various Age Groups, and the whole club, for further Sponsorship details please email the club email@example.com
For further information please browse our club website for news on Youth, Colts, Senior, and Touch rugby teams including a full, and constantly updated fixture list for the Youth Section - found within the General Documents under the Information tab.
