Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Truro Rugby Football Club Limited
will be held at the Clubhouse, St Clements Hill, Truro, on Thursday, 11th September 2025 at 8 pm.
All Members are reminded that under the Articles of Association, Vice-Presidents, Life
Members, Senior Playing members, and the nominated adult family member are entitled to
vote at the AGM. Each membership carries one vote.

2. To consider & approve the minutes of the AGM held on 24th July 2024
3. Club status/performance/ report, including a report on membership and rugby
4. Presentation & Adoption of the accounts for 2024/25
5. The election of the TRFC Board of Directors, including the Chair of the Board and Club
6. The re-election of TRFC Honorary Club President
7. The re-election of TRFC Honorary Patron
8. The re-appointment of the Accountant
Nominations for Chairman, Directors, and members of the Management Committee, signed and
duly proposed and seconded by other members, must be sent to the Secretary either by email
to niktinneyrugby@gmail.com or by post to the club at Truro RFC, St Clements Hill, Truro TR1 1NY
by 12 midnight on Tuesday, 9th September 2025.
