International rugby tickets information.

Club members will be contacted through the RFU GMS system when tickets become available for international games, you may need to check your junk/spam mailbox and amend settings for GMS club information.

There will be a window of opportunity to apply for these tickets providing you are a current club member, once this window has closed the tickets will be allocated on a ballot basis.

Truro RFC Ltd International Tickets - Procedure for Allocation to Members
General Rules
1. 4 tickets allocated to the Truro RFC Board
2. 10 tickets allocated to sponsors
3. Remaining tickets to be available to ballot; all club members may apply on an equal basis
4. Any ballot for tickets will take place after the closing date for applications; priority is not on a first
come first served basis; applications received after the closing date will be invalid
5. All applicants to be informed of ticket allocation within 2 weeks of the application period being closed
6. All tickets ordered and supplied are subject to the RFU ticket terms and conditions, a copy of which
is available on request; tickets obtained through the Club may not be resold or transferred in any
manner that contravenes these terms and conditions
A. Specific Rules – Truro RFC Board of Directors
1. 4 tickets allocated to the Truro RFC Board
2. These can either be used by the Club directors, or be allocated to nominated club members or club
“friends” as a special award; Board nominees can also be club sponsors, in which case the maximum
sponsor allocation would be increased to 14*
3. If the total allocation of 4 tickets are not taken up by the executive committee (or their nominations),
spare tickets become available for general club members applications
4. If more than 4 tickets are required, these may only become available if the tickets allocated to the
sponsors and general club members are not fully taken up
B. Specific Rules – Sponsors
1. 10 tickets allocated to dedicated sponsors
2. Guideline allocation of 2 tickets per sponsor
3. Truro RFC Board may, however, use their discretion to allocate tickets, but not to exceed the total
initial allocation of 10 (or 14 if Truro RFC board allocate/nominate their 4 tickets in A above*)
4. If the total allocation of 10 (or 14*) tickets are not taken up by the sponsors, spare tickets become
available for general club members applications
5. If more than 10 (or 14*) tickets are required, these may only become available if the tickets allocated
to the executive committee and general club members are not fully taken up
C. Specific Rules – General Member Applications
1. All remaining tickets to be made available, including any spare from the sponsor/board allocations
2. All club (except social) members, may apply – life, vice president, senior, family and touch members
3. One application per membership; a family membership allows one application irrespective of the
number of children representing the club
4. Maximum initial allocation of 2 tickets per member –
a. If a match is fully (and exactly) subscribed then 2 tickets per application are directly allocated
b. If a match is over-subscribed then a ballot will take place to allocate 2 tickets per application, with
each application treated on an equal basis
c. If a match is under-subscribed (based on 2 tickets per application), any remaining allocation will
become available using the following hierarchy –
i. General members wanting more than 2 tickets (again using a ballot process if required)
ii. Sponsors
iii. Truro RFC Board
5. Any ballot for tickets will take place after the closing date for applications; priority is not on a first
come first served basis; applications received after the closing date will be invalid
6. All applicants to be informed of ticket allocation within 2 weeks of the application period being closed
7. Any subsequent follow up with the RFU regarding ticketing to be conducted via the Truro RFC
International Ticket Secretary
